Description

The Grillo FM2200 guarantees a high collection rate per hour in both large areas and in narrow, obstacle-rich places such as plants or park benches. It offers high performance and a high-quality cutting pattern in all conditions, even with high and wet grass. The comfortable, spacious and pneumatically dampened driver’s seat ensures optimal visibility of the area to be worked. The floating mowing deck allows regular and precise work even on uneven terrain. The inner turning radius of just 62 cm and the automatic activation of the differential lock, which can also be engaged manually, allow any type of obstacle to be overcome without any problems.
The swinging rear axle makes it easy to climb up and down curbs and pavements while maintaining four-wheel drive even on uneven terrain.

The Grillo FM2200 is equipped as standard with a hydraulic PTO in the front part of the machine, which can be activated at the push of a button. It allows the rotation of accessories such as salt spreaders, shrub cutters, brushes, etc. It delivers up to 34 L/1′ at 230 bar pressure. The oil used for the hydraulic PTO is cooled by a dedicated cooler.

The FM2200 has a standard LMP 160 (Lateral – Mulching – Posterior) mowing deck with 3 blades and side discharge, mulching and rear discharge functions. A 160 cm flail mower and a 175 cm snow blade are available as options. It is equipped with 2 hydraulic connections for moving the accessories. Load capacity up to 34 l/1′ at 230 bar.

The FM 2200 has a flatbed with a steel floor and aluminum side edges. Dimensions: 105 x 105 cm. Once raised using a gas spring, you can easily access the engine compartment. It is also equipped with a self-cleaning radiator, whose electrovalve reverses the direction of rotation to remove grass residues. Activation is automatic and is detected by a sensor, but can also be done manually.

The hydraulic multi-disc PTO with integrated blade brake is activated at the touch of a button. It guarantees high torque transmission, with low wear and therefore durability. The blade brake with brake pad is adjustable, so that efficiency is guaranteed over time by recovering the friction material. With the help of the arms used by Grillo, lifting the mower deck for maintenance work and changing accessories is easy and simple.

Grillo machines are painted using a double electrostatic powder coating. First there are the washing baths and preparation, then a first protective layer is applied which, together with firing in the oven, provides the best basis for the finishing application. The second layer of paint and another firing at 190°C in the oven give the hardness and shine that are characteristic of our products.
