Description

The Grillo FM13.09 guarantees a high collection rate per hour, both in wide areas and in narrow, obstacle-filled areas with plants and park benches.
The front-mounted mower deck, together with the comfortable, cushioned driver’s seat, allows for unsurpassable work.
The mower deck is hydraulically supported and allows precise and regular work even on uneven terrain. The cutting pattern is exceptional even in difficult conditions, such as high and wet grass. The inner steering angle of only 31 cm and the automatic and manually activated differential lock allow obstacles to be overcome easily. The rear steering axle allows curbs to be overcome and maintains permanent drive on all four wheels even on uneven terrain.

Among the optional accessories there are mowers MP130, LMP 160 with 3 blades with side discharge – mulching – rear discharge, flail mowers of 130 cm and 160 cm and a snow blade of 150 cm. Furthermore, the FM 13.09 is equipped with two electrically controlled hydraulic connections for moving accessories. Capacity up to 18 L / 1′ at 120 bar and quick connections with 1/4” groove.

The 130 MP cutting deck with 3 blades and 130 cm cutting width has two integrated functions: rear discharge and mulching. The transition from one mode to the other as well as the cutting height adjustment are hydraulic and are carried out by push buttons from the driver’s seat.

The FM13.09 has a flatbed measuring 105x105cm, with a steel loading surface and aluminum side edges. After raising the flatbed using a gas spring, you have easy access to the engine compartment. It is also equipped with a self-cleaning radiator with an electric fan. An electric valve reverses the direction of rotation to remove any grass residue. This system is activated automatically, but can also be initiated manually.

The hydraulic multi-disc PTO with integrated blade brake is activated at the touch of a button. It ensures high torque transmission, with low wear and therefore a high durability. The blade brake with brake pad is adjustable so that efficiency is maintained over time and the wear of the friction material is restored. Thanks to the arms used by Grillo, lifting the cutting deck and changing accessories is quick and easy.

Grillo machines are painted using a double electrostatic powder coating. First there are the washing baths and preparation, then a first protective layer is applied which, together with firing in the oven, provides the best basis for the finishing application. The second layer of paint and another firing at 190°C in the oven give the hardness and shine that are characteristic of our products.
