AS 799 Rider ride-on mower

The AS 799 Rider is used where conventional lawn tractors fail or reach their limits. It mows tall grass up to 60 cm. This is made possible by the higher cutting power provided by a reduction in the blade drive. The ride-on mower is equipped with a Briggs & Stratton Series 3 Powerbuilt engine with 344 cc and a maximum of 10.6 HP. It has a closed mowing deck with rear discharge and a cutting blade with a cutting width of 80 cm. The cutting height can be set in a range of 35 – 85 mm using the 4-way cutting height adjustment. The wheel drive of the AS 799 Rider is infinitely variable, forwards and backwards, via a hydrostatic transmission without a manual transmission or clutch. The speed can be precisely controlled using the drive lever with the right hand. The forward speed is 0 – 8.0 km/h and the reverse speed is 0 – 6.0 km/h.

Robust, comfortable and compact

The length-adjustable bucket seat provides good legroom and enables an upright, comfortable sitting position. The smooth steering ensures fatigue-free work. The robust construction of the mower is based on an all-round tubular steel frame – high stability and at the same time light weight. The compact dimensions of the machine are advantageous for storage and transport. All body parts are made of galvanized and powder-coated sheet steel. Plastic attachments are avoided wherever possible. A 15-liter tank ensures a long range. The AS 799 Rider is particularly suitable for private properties and meadows in flat areas with slight inclines.
