The cutting deck with 3 blades is 132 cm wide . It is positioned with a complete overhang in relation to the operator, making it easier to approach obstacles and providing a better overview of the area to be worked.

Fantastic maneuverability! Zero Turn means that the turning circle is almost zero. The Grillo FX 27 follows the circumference of obstacles such as hedges and walls, but also trees or playground equipment in parks with precision.

The Grillo FX27’s centre of gravity is particularly low. The perfect weight balance is concentrated on the wide drive wheels with garden tyres. This keeps the rear part of the ride-on mower light. The pressure on the ground remains light. This allows optimal grip on both flat terrain and slopes without damaging the lawn.Mowing on slopes is always easy and reliable thanks to the “ Anti-Lift ” system. This system is a fully automatic hydraulic device that allows the rear wheel to maintain constant grip on the ground. The combination of these precautions allows the Grillo FX 27 to be manoeuvrable, stable and safe to drive, even on steep slopes of up to 40% and on transverse slopes of up to 40%.

Great maneuverability between obstacles and high cutting speed ! The hydrostatic transmission with integrated pumps/motors is controlled directly via the drive levers. The speed of the FX 27 can be continuously adjusted from 0 to 12 km/h. The high-performance engine and the 125 cm cutting deck allow the work to be completed in record time!

The innovative cutting deck guarantees an excellent finish every time! The FX 27 is a 100% efficient machine thanks to the possibility of switching from mulching mode to rear discharge mode using the ” Quick Shift” lever, without having to get off the tractor.Adjusting the cutting height is easy! The electric switch is located on the dashboard on the right side of the driver’s seat and can be operated even when mowing. The setting from 3 to 8.5 cm is continuously adjustable “to infinite positions”, an essential equipment for optimal mulching!

With the help of two articulated arms, the mower follows the ground with precision! Hills and depressions in the terrain are no problem for the Grillo FX27! The front tires of the mower deck are solid tires, have a flat tire profile and prevent flat tires! At the end of the work, cleaning the mower deck is quick and easy! The electric lifting into a vertical position makes cleaning after work easy and quick, without having to remove the V-belt.

The FX27 is equipped with a Briggs & Stratton 8270 Series 2-cylinder petrol engine with electric start and low exhaust emissions. The engine with overhead valves made of cast iron has a displacement of 724 cc and offers modern solutions such as reliability, low exhaust emissions, high performance and vibrations reduced to a minimum. The FX27’s ” Grillo Super Silent ” exhaust muffler was specially developed by Grillo to achieve a high level of noise reduction and the lowest possible resistance at the exhaust. The two fuel tanks positioned symmetrically on the drive axle allow for optimal weight distribution. 2 tanks with a capacity of 15 liters each allow uninterrupted work for up to 7 hours without having to refuel.

Along with efficiency and ease of use, comfort was also a priority for Grillo’s design engineers! The FX27 offers a spacious seat that is adjustable and equipped with armrests. The driving position is quite natural, thanks also to the possibility of adjusting the position of the control levers. In addition, the controls (i.e. the controls for adjusting the cutting deck, for engaging the blades, the automatic blade brake, the “quick-shift” lever) are all within easy reach, making driving the FX27 safe and pleasant . The roll bar on the FX 27 is standard and can be raised or folded back in a few seconds without the need for tools.You can’t imagine how easy it is to ride the FX 27… until you try it.
