Comfortable ride thanks to driver platform with customizable controls and ComfortGlide™ suspension
The driver’s platform can be adapted to suit a wide range of drivers at any time thanks to its large foot platform, adjustable seat position and adjustable control lever. The comfortable seat has two springs and the seat can be moved forwards or backwards without tools. The driver can make these adjustments while sitting. The highlight is the double cup holder on the left fender and the storage compartment on the right fender for even more comfort when mowing the lawn. |
Clearly visible and usable electric fuel gauge, instruments and controls
The control console is located to the right of the operator’s platform and contains the digital display, ignition switch, PTO control (yellow), engine speed control (orange), spring-loaded engine choke control to prevent accidental starting, space for the switch of an optional light kit and space for an additional electrical control switch. In addition, the travel control levers are designed and positioned to allow the operator to operate the mower comfortably and easily. The cutting height of the mower can be adjusted in 0.64 cm increments from 2.5 cm to 10.2 cm, thus offering excellent cutting quality and good cutting performance. |

Optimum performance and clipping distribution is ensured even at higher mowing speeds. Steel reinforcement bars are welded to the leading edge and cutting side of the mower. |
Two-cylinder V-engine with displacement from 724 cm³ with electronic fuel injection (EFI) and electronic speed controller for quick starting and outstanding performance
The Z545R engine features Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) and Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) for high performance. The Electronic Throttle Control works in conjunction with the Electronic Fuel Injection to electronically adjust the fuel-air mixture. The large displacement of 724 cc provides plenty of power and torque to cope with difficult mowing conditions. The Z545R does not require choke control as the Z545R engine is equipped with EFI and ETC. This is a simplified electronic control of engine speed and current, ensuring optimal performance in various conditions. |
The rollover protection zone around the driver is provided by the rollover protection
The spacious operator platform has been designed for greater comfort, better visibility and ease of use. The flat platform makes it easier to get in and out. Operator comfort is ensured by positioning the controls close to the operator, and the rollover protection and seat belt work together to create a safety zone around the operator. |
